
The robotized island consists of a 6-axis anthropomorphic type robot equipped with a suction gripper to pick up the non-circular shaped plates fed by an ever-moving conveyor belt.
The plates arrive with a random orientation and positioning. Above the belt is a fixed camera that captures the position of the plate and communicates it to the robot.
